4. How long does it take to receive my order?

Many of our pieces are handmade. If the item is not already in stock, it typically takes about 14 business days to complete. Once finished, we ship it fully insured with FedEx.

5. Does the jewelry come with certification or appraisal?

Yes. Many of our pieces come with certification, and we also include a professional appraisal prepared by our in-store Graduate Gemologist for insurance purposes when applicable.

6. Do you offer cleaning or service after the purchase?

Yes. We’re always happy to clean and inspect your jewelry to help keep it looking beautiful for years to come.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange.
