We stand behind every item we sell and want you to be truly delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it in its original packaging, unworn condition within 30 days, for a full refund.

Within one business day of your phone call we will email you a pre-paid, fully insured FedEx 2day label, along with instructions on how to safely and securely package your item. All refunds will be processed within two weeks, in the form of the original purchase. Bank wires will be refunded with a company check.

Loose diamonds must be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report, or a $150 charge will be assessed to replace the certificate.
