We’ve been a family jewelry store for over 40 years, and quality has always been our top priority. Every engagement ring is carefully made and inspected before it leaves our store.

2. What diamonds do you offer for your rings?

We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds, all selected for their beauty, cut, and brilliance. We’re happy to help you choose the diamond that’s right for you.

3. What metals are available for the rings?

Our rings can be made in 14kt or 18kt gold (white, yellow, or rose) as well as platinum, depending on your preference.

4. What size center diamond will the ring hold?

Most of our settings are designed to hold about a 1.00ct to 3.00ct center diamond, but we can always accommodate a larger or smaller diamond if needed.

5. What diamond shapes can be used in these settings?

Most of our styles can be made for round, oval, emerald, radiant, pear, marquise, or cushion shaped diamonds.

6. How long does it take to receive my ring?

Most of our engagement rings are handmade. If the style is not already in stock, it usually takes about 14 business days to make. Once finished, we ship it fully insured with FedEx.

7. Do the diamonds come with certification?

Yes. Our diamonds come with certification, and we also include a professional appraisal prepared by our in-store Graduate Gemologist for insurance purposes.

8. Do you offer cleaning or service after the purchase?

Yes. We’re always happy to clean and inspect your jewelry to help keep it looking beautiful for years to come.

9. Can I upgrade the diamond in the future?

Yes. Many of our customers choose to upgrade their diamond over time. If you ever decide you would like a larger diamond in the future, we’ll be happy to help you explore upgrade options.

10. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange.

11. Can I visit the store or schedule a consultation?
