Take I-476 South to I-76 East, continue onto I-676 East toward the Ben Franklin Bridge, cross the bridge into New Jersey, then take Route 30 East (Admiral Wilson Boulevard). Follow Route 30 East to Route 70 East for 7 miles until Route 73, turn right onto Route 73 South, and continue for 1 mile. Billig Jewelers is on the right at 330 Route 73 South.
