SMS Terms of Service

Billig Jewelers ("we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS text messaging program (the "Program"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website, contact forms, or the Ring Quiz, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("SMS Terms").

1. Program Description

By opting in to our SMS Program, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Billig Jewelers at the mobile phone number you provided. Messages may include:

• Ring recommendations and personalized product suggestions based on your Ring Quiz responses
• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• New collection announcements, sales, and promotional offers
• Order status updates and shipping notifications
• Customer service follow-up related to your inquiries

2. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Billig Jewelers. You may make purchases from us without opting in to the SMS Program.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our brand. You may receive up to several messages per week during active promotional periods, and fewer messages otherwise. Follow-up messages after the Ring Quiz typically consist of 2–3 messages sent over 48 hours.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Billig Jewelers is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your specific plan and applicable rates.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS Program at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message from us
• Replying UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any text message
• Contacting us directly at the phone number or email listed in Section 8 below

After you send an opt-out message, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further SMS marketing messages from us unless you opt in again.

6. How to Get Help

For help or more information about the SMS Program at any time, reply HELP to any message from us. You will receive a text message with support contact information. You can also contact us directly using the details in Section 8.

7. Supported Carriers

The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Your mobile phone number and related information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile phone number to third parties for their marketing purposes. Message content, opt-in status, and consent records may be shared with our SMS service provider (Klaviyo) solely for the purpose of operating the Program.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective date." Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and applicable United States federal law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227.
