Had an amazing experience with Rick picking out the ring of my dreams. He was patient, creative and very responsive. I received a cad rendering within 3 days which was exactly what I wanted.. A wax model followed which I was able to slip on my finger to see exactly what the finished ring was going to look like.. No surprises… The process was such a pleasure and so easy…. The ring was completed on time and exceeded my expectations.. I can’t thank the team at Billig enough…. If I could give 6 stars I would… Thank Billig Jewelers

Billig review I wanted to propose to my girlfriend, and we wanted to make sure we found a jeweler that we could trust to find the most important piece of jewelry in our lives. Right away Billig came up with multiple 5 star reviews and I now understand why. We made an appointment with Steve and he could not have been better. Right away we were able to explain the diamond she wanted and Steve showed us multiple examples and even gave us example rings for her to try on to make sure she loved it. He encouraged us to go outside with it, and see it under multiple lighting examples to really appreciate it. He even showed us the diamond with a microscope to explain the differences in clarity so we knew which one we wanted. In the end, we were able to get the perfect engagement ring (and wedding bands!). Steve even let me know in secret when the ring would be available so I could surprise my now fiancé with the proposal. I couldn’t recommend Billig more and will definitely be a return customer.

Really a quality place. Highly recommend. They are very invested in customer service and will take the time to make you happy no matter how long it takes. I worked with Steven the owner who made a custom bracelet for me with a clasp that looked like charms I already owned to complete my charm bracelet. We had to go back and forth a few times to get the details I wanted and it was so patient, kind and skilled. I will def be returning in the future!

I went to Billings to set a little pearl that my grandson had given me into a ring. I wanted something simple. Billigs was terrific and even though the purchase was a relatively minor one, it was significant to me. I was guided toward selecting a setting and while waiting for the ring to come in, I expressed some concern to Steve that perhaps I had made a mistake relative to the size of the pearl relative to the size of the setting. He assured me that if I didn't like the setting we could do something entirely different. As it turned out, I absolutely love this little ring; I think of my grandson every time I look at it. Great job on the part of this jeweler.

I had the most amazing experience with Jess at Billig Jewelers. I stoped in one Saturday afternoon to look at engagement rings with my mom to get an idea of what I liked. Jess took her time and gave me a quick lesson on diamonds. A few weeks later I retuned with my now fiancé to look at stones. I am happy to say we are now engaged and the ring stunning. Billig did an incredible job fixing my wedding rings after I had to have them cut off at an urgent care. Another jewelry shop told me it couldn’t be fixed - that they would need to be put in a completely new setting. Steve Billig made them look even better than they did before! I’ll never go to another jeweler again.

My recent experience with Billig jewelers was designing and resetting my engagement ring. As a result, my ring looks like a piece of art on my finger. However, I must say I have been using Bill jewelers for the past 18+ years. I now live in Florida for the past 10 years, and all of my jewelry is designed by Billig. I trust them so much that we design create and ship to Florida. I have not been able to find a jeweler here in Florida that I trust or admire.

Honestly, five stars is not enough. This is the only jeweler I will ever use. Honest and personable. I have been coming here for over 12 years now, and no matter which state we moved to, I always call Rick for anything that has to do with jewelry. The one thing I will say to me that means the most, is when I didn’t have much money to spend, when I first went to him, he treated me like I was a millionaire.
